Local Scholarships
Carroll County Farm
Bureau Scholarship
Carroll County Farm Bureau will be awarding four $250 scholarships. These
will be given to students from Carroll County with one each going to
Delphi, Carroll, Rossville, and Twin Lakes School Corporation areas. Home
school applicants will be included the school district they live in. If no
one applies in a particular area, that scholarship will not be awarded to

CAROLYN BURKLE SCHOLARSHIP AWARD
The Carolyn Burkle Scholarship is given in memory of
Carolyn and honors her many years of service in working with various
community organizations throughout her life.

Foundations Scholarship
This scholarship is
sponsored by Indiana Farm Bureau Inc.
Stackhouse Scholarship
The Marion Stackhouse Memorial Scholarship was established to assist
Indiana Farm Bureau members in their educational pursuits in an
agricultural field of study.
Monsanto Scholarship
The Commitment to Agriculture Scholarship Program, sponsored by Monsanto
and the American Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture, offers high
school seniors from farm families assistance with college expenses.
Harry L. Pearson Outstanding Leader Scholarship
Incoming Purdue University
freshmen and current School of Agriculture students are eligible for the
Harry L. Pearson Outstanding Leader Scholarship. This new scholarship,
funded by Indiana Farm Bureau, will be given in honor of IFB's past
President Harry L. Pearson who has a great love for agriculture
education, Purdue and Farm Bureau. When Pearson announced his retirement
, the scholarship was established.
Ag Fact The USDA estimates ethanol usage will be 1.43 billion bushels, and nearly 200 million bushels of the total will be used at 11 ethanol plants in Nebaraska. (AFBF)
